Meet Jorge

Jorge Castro, an entrepreneur, and visionary, has over a decade’s worth of experience managing F&B businesses of all sizes. Having started managing his uncle’s restaurant, Jorge realized his job combined two of his greatest passions – food and business. The rest as they say is history.

Today, Jorge Castro is one of the leading culinary impresarios in the Southern Washington region, with 9 Mexican-themed restaurants under his belt. United by the common cause of sharing the fabulous flavors of Latin cuisine, each of Jorge’s restaurants sport his characteristic family-friendly ambience, robust service and hearty menus.

As a food and beverage aficionado, Jorge’s contribution towards developing the most unique menus cannot be underestimated. Adding a creative spin to conventional Mexican meals, every plate, and every mug is lovingly crafted to enchant the taste buds of children and adults alike.

As a businessman, Jorge has a legacy of turning fledgling businesses into high-volume sales establishments that bring in millions in annual revenue.

His extensive knowledge of the American F&B industry rivals that of culinary giants. His in-depth experience in developing customized restaurant service models and running robust backend operations, ensures even slow days are profitable.

With the help of his sister Betty Cantu, father Jose Castro, and his Brother Edgar Castro, Jorge is in charge of the management of Pearl West Restaurant Group’s entire chain of restaurants.

Mexican cuisine has for long been synonymous with the delicious but clichéd, taco. But Latin cuisine is a vast treasure trove of flavors and ingredients that warm the soul and invigorate the body.
